Sadaqah Jariyah: A Battery for Mosque in Gaza

Sadaqah Jariyah

“When a son of Adam dies, then his good deeds stop except for three: a Sadaqah Jariyah (continuous charity), a beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.” – Prophet Muhammad (SAW)

We are reaching out to you today on behalf of the Al-Quba Mosque in the Gaza Strip, which is at the heart of our community. Over the years, this sacred place has provided solace, guidance, and unity for hundreds of worshippers.

As you may be aware, the Gaza Strip has faced numerous challenges, including limited access to basic necessities such as electricity. Unfortunately, our beloved mosque has been severely impacted by the ongoing power crisis. The current battery system that sustains the mosque during power outages has deteriorated, making it increasingly difficult to carry out essential religious activities and community services.

We envision a vibrant mosque that serves as a beacon of hope and strength for the local community, but we need your help to make this vision a reality. By ensuring a reliable power supply, we can maintain the mosque’s activities and expand our outreach efforts to support those in need.

Join hands with us to raise funds for a brand-new and efficient battery system for our mosque. Your generous contribution will go a long way in making a significant impact on the lives of those who rely on this sacred space.

Breakdown of Costs

New Battery System: $400
(To ensure uninterrupted power supply during outages and pay some debts on the mosque)

Installation and our team’s work: $200

Every contribution, no matter the amount, counts and is deeply appreciated.

Your support for the Gaza Mosque: Powering Hope Campaign will profoundly impact countless individuals’ lives. Let us empower this sacred place to continue serving as a source of strength, spirituality, and unity for our community.

May Allah reward your kindness and generosity abundantly. If you have any questions or need further information, please do not hesitate to contact us at
